Payment:

I accept payment from all credit/debit cards through Paypal, which is a safe and secure way of paying for your purchase, If however you do not have a Paypal account I do accept Cheques and Postal Orders on UK orders, the cheque or postal order must clear before I send your items, though.  Postage:

Postage is included in the price of all jewellery and tiaras, in the UK. For Wedding Stationery see the wedding stationery T. & C's. All items will be sent by Royal Mail "signed for" Postage outside the UK will be by Royal Mail "international signed for" and will be charged at £5.00, please contact me.

 Returns:

 I will gladly exchange or refund anything you are not completely happy with as long as it is returned in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition. If you are not happy with the item, please email me within 7 days of receipt, and return it within 21 days. I will give you a full refund less postage. Earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty, due to hygiene reasons. Repairs: Occasionally items may come apart, due to wear and tear or a faulty component, in the unlikely event this happens I will gladly repair anything that has broken within 6 months of purchase. After that there will be a small charge for repairs. Please contact me if anything happens.
